Cam from the BS Filter here. As you’ve hopefully already picked up from our Facebook page or our website, we’ve recently made some changes to the show. As per the survey we sent out late last year, the show isn’t really working out from a financial perspective – it takes a ton of work and the subscriptions just haven’t got to where they need to be to make it worth the effort. One of the reasons is that many of you are on the Bronze ($0.99 a month) subscription. I hoped providing a cheaper option would work out, but it hasn’t.
However – most of you said in the survey that you would be happy to upgrade to $5 a month if we continue the show and begged us to keep going.
So, starting last week, I made our weekly news show for Silver subscribers and above only. If we get enough people upgrading their subscriptions, we will keep the mini-series going (we have lots of ideas for new series). If we don’t, we’ll just continue with the news shows for the immediate future and think about a new series altogether. If we do can this series, those of you that have an annual subscription will get a refund or a credit for another show.
